Rats! I had been waffling over whether to buy a package. Had just decided a few days ago to do it and was wondering if, as a Canadian, I should buy now or onboard. I guess I should have bought a few weeks ago.

I think it's still cost effective to pre purchase in Canadian dollars. Credit card and exchange rate will tack on close to 30% on your purchases. We also bought some US cash before Xmas. It makes sense to use that also if you have it.
