Unable to book Spa cabin on Vista - just me?

I've been trying for a couple of days to book a Spa cabin on the Vista. At the booking page, after selecting the deck (11 or 12) I keep getting this error message: "unexpected error has occurred, click here to search again."

 

 

I have no problem selecting other cabin types, just Spa cabins. I've emailed CCL Support but they gave a pre-cooked answer that the "technical support team is currently working on a fix for that issue online."

 

Has anyone tried to (mock) book a Spa cabin? I'm interested if you get the same error.

 

BTW: this happens with all Vista sailings.

I've tried since the 22nd and have had the same result. I can book any other category, but not spa balcony.

I would suggest calling Carnival if you haven't already :) It could just be a glitch, but maybe they're all booked?

Also, the prices for these cabins went up $200-$400 so my intention to book has gone down considerably. Oh well... :(

Booking any cabin on the Lido, via Carnival.com, hasn't worked for me since day 1.

 

Not sure on the Spa deck.

I have gotten the same error message for 3 days when trying to book a cabin on Lido -- it will let me book on decks, 9,8,7, etc., but not Lido.:confused:

Update: booking system seems to be working now. I can now select Spa cabins on deck 11 and 12. Can also mock book on Lido.

 

As it turned out we didn't book a Spa cabin, but a regular cabin. We'll be on the inaugural itinerary which is very port-intensive, and we figured we'll have little time to visit the spa. We'll book a day pass on the sea days.
