I found this and I think I will use it for myself. Very detailed! Enjoy your cruise!

I just skimmed over that list. Is it for a month long cruise? WOW Although since it does seem to have EVERYTHING on it including the kitchen sink, I can go through it and make my list from that lol

This is my list for our trip in March. We are driving from KC to Nashville on Friday, flying to FLL on Saturday and staying with friends and then the ship leaves on Sunday for a week. I tend to be super detailed on these lists b/c I travel for work and will likely be gone for the 3 weeks leading up to our trip, this level of detail allows DH to pack while I'm gone without forgetting any of the necessities (and the non necessities)

Pre Cruise Packing/Ship Carry On:

• Outfit to wear in Nashville before flying to FL/Outfit for Saturday (sep in a packing cube at the top of one of the bags)

• Clothes to sleep in Fri and Sat nights

• Clothes to wear onto the ship

• Swim suits/cover ups once on ship

• 2 bottles of wine

• Items on “things to keep with us” packing list

Things To Keep With Us (the backpack items)

• Wallet with license and cc's

• Phone/camera/e-readers/speakers/headphones

• Sunglasses (both of us)

• Empty Water bottles (both of us)

• Luggage tags for ship

• Charging cords for all electronics (camera, phones, speakers, e-readers)

• Cash for tipping, separated from spending cash

• Extra Camera Memory Card

• In the Blue Doc Holder: Passports, Cruise confirmation info (including FTTF print out), Excursion info, Flight info

Toiletries

• Hair Items:

Shampoo/Conditioner/Blow Dry Sprays/Brush/Hair Ties/Bobby Pins, Curling Iron or Chi

• Face Items:

Make up/Remover face wipes/moisturizer

• Medicine-

Imodium, Dramamine, Neosporin, Band Aids, Allergy meds, Aleve, Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Tums, Gas X, apple cider vinegar tablets, sea bands

• General Skin:

Deodorant, lotion, bug spray, aloe, sunscreen (lotion and spray various SPF), perfume/cologne, razor

• Random Bathroom items:

Battery tea lights as night lights for bathroom (small glow sticks would work as well), car air fresheners for the bathroom (don't take up much space, will last the full week)

Things We’ll mainly use in the room

• Power Strip

• Zip-lock bags - Various sizes, also a few grocery bags for shoes/stinky dirty clothes

• Bungee Cord, prop door open when we're all running around

• Collapsible cooler for drinks in room (can also be taken on excursions)

• Hand sanitizer/Clorox wipes (travel size package)

• Wrinkle release spray

• Magnets

Clothing Items to Bring

• Dinner outfits 5 non formal nights

o Me

 pink/blue maxi,

 grey polka dot,

 black maxi,

 jade green dress,

 blue halter dress

o DH

 3 polo shirts

 2 nice short sleeved shirts

• 2 formal dinner outfits

o DH

 1 pair slacks

 2 button down shirts

o Me

 black criss cross dress

 grey/green maxi

• Daytime outfits for 6 days on/off ship

o DH:

 Golf shorts

 Khacki shorts

 7 tshirts

 jeans

o Me:

 3 Swimsuits/cover ups

 Neon shorts, blue soccer shorts

 Jeans (1 pair)

 5 tank tops

• 7 pair underwear/boxers, 4 bras, 7 undershirts

• Workout outfits (black nike capris, 2 sports bras, 2 tops, sneakers)

• Shoes not mentioned above

o Flip flops (both of us),

o Sanuks (DH)

o water shoes (me)

o nice sandals/flats (me)

• Sleeping:

o 2 pair athletic shorts (DH),

o tank tops/shorts 2 sets (me)

All of this will fit in 2 carry on bags and a backpack (and my massive purse that stretches the idea of "personal item" on airplanes), we rarely ever travel with anything larger -- including 18 days in Europe a few years ago. Depending on price we'll also probably do a bag of laundry on ship to cut back on the amount of stuff we have to wash when we get home.

I do a list similar with items that must be carried, like the electronics, meds (including over-the counter), all cruise/air/hotel documents, ID, credit cards, passport, medical documents, travel insurance, camera, toiletries including hair dryer, flat iron etc. but that list is really very small/doesn't take up much room.

Looking at the Itinerary, I list the clothes by day with the following examples:

Day one (on shore excursion)

shorts & t, sandals (day)

Capris/top, sandals (night)

shorts/tees to sleep in (3 pairs)

Day two: (at sea/cruising)

swimsuit/cover-up (acceptable for dining room at lunch)

flip-flops

(formal night) black dress slacks/sparkly top, dressy flats

(sleepwear, see day one)

Day three: (water excursion)

2nd swim suit/same cover-up as day one

Night/Casual

Capri/top, sandals

(sleepwear, see day one)

Separate list of all underwear/undergarments and jewelry or accessories.

As I check off items, they go into stacks on the bed and into the suitcase.
