Pool/bar. At port?

My DH was talking to an acquaintance who said when they were in Belize they went to a place with a pool, bar, shopping in a large complex. We have gone to a place like that in Costa maya, but I haven't heard anyone talk about this type of facility in Belize. Anyone know of this in Belize. Supposedly near port. I will have DH Confirm, but wanted to ask if any of you know about this.

In Belize, at the port, there is shopping and a couple of bars/restaurants, like the Wet Lizard. No Pool. Nearest pool is at the Radisson a few blocks away. Next nearest pool(really a section off area by the marina) is at Cucumber Beach a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the pier.
