Jen1 Posted January 31, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 31, 2015 Hi, Does anyone know if The White Room has an e-mail address that I can make contact with them? I wish to make a couple of reservations for this restaurant prior to boarding the ship on the 28th February, but only wished to go when menu 1 was being used (Mum prefers menu 1 more than menu 2). I keep receiving e-mails from P&O informing me that I can make reservations for the specialty restaurants prior to departing for our cruise, but it doesn't state on the Cruise Personaliser what dates menu 1 will be used. I have telephoned P&O Customer Services Department today to enquire, but they were very unhelpful. I will most probably end up waiting until we board the ship but I thought I would post this query just in case anybody does have an e-mail address. Regards Jenny

PORT ROYAL Posted January 31, 2015 #4 Share Posted January 31, 2015 Nice girl Victoria, young, bubbly and easy on the eye. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Just a small question as to how you meet/know so many Cunard/P&O/Carnival insiders? Never met Victoria, buy she is a true professional and a credit to P&O. Also an identical big vote for Sevin White at Carnival.

They are both class professionals.

caber Posted February 16, 2015 #10 Share Posted February 16, 2015 We are just off Ventura. I doubt if you would have any difficulty booking onboard. It was never full. The charge is £25 per head. They are offering a free bottle of house wine for bookings between 6 and 6.30. In East they are doing the same offer but between 6.30 and 7. We booked for 7. The charge for this is £15 per head. Patsy Flower Posted February 17, 2015 #11 Share Posted February 17, 2015 Hi, we were on Azura a couple of weeks ago and they were alternating the menus every three days from boarding, starting with Menu 1. They used to only change the menus after a week so that has changed. I would think that they may be doing the same thing on Ventura. Hope that you manage to find out.
