UBP question

When you perchase the UBP does that entitle you to unlimited beer everywhere? ex: dining rooms, casino...

 

My husband is a budweiser drinker and wondering if it worth it for us to get the UBP, I hardly drink (about 5 to 6 glasses of wine for the week).

Does anyone know how much budweiser bottles go for on the getaway?

As far as I'm aware the only places you can't use the UBP are from room service. You are certainly fine in the dining rooms.

 

If you don't drink much then it makes it hard to justify buying the package, as you can get a lot of beers for $100 a day. However, if you are deciding between the freestyle choice offers then it is generally the best value as long as you will drink more than 5-6 drinks between you every day.

 

I'm not sure how much a Budweiser costs as I don't drink it, but if you don't get the package then remember that you have the option of buying buckets in which case you get 6 for the price of 5.

UBP includes ALL Alcohol $10 and under. That would include Beer. The UBP is good everywhere on the ship including bars, restaurants, and casino as well as the NCL private islands. If I remember correctly a bottle of beer was $6.25 after the 15% gratuity. If you dont drink at all and you are actually paying for the drink package then it probably wont be worth it. If you are getting the UBP free in the promotion and your husband will drink around 6 beers a day it is still a better deal then the Dining package.

No we would pay for the UBP, its not one of the free offers.

I didnt know about the buy a bucket of 6 and pay for 5... I think that would be our best bet because I doubt (I hope not) that he could drink 13 drinks a day, every day, to get our moneys worth...

Yes, if you are paying for it then I don't think it's worth it for you. If you aren't doing your bit :) then he would need to drink nearer 20 beers a day for the UBP to be worth buying.
