inside stateroom disney dream

We are booked on Disney Dream june 8, 2015. Got a inside stateroom with the magical picture port window. How is the stateroom?

We liked our inside room on the Fantasy. Booked it specifically because I wanted the virtual porthole.

 

On the Dream you will be there for so little time that it will not matter. You won't spend much time in the cabin at all.

We liked our inside room, but if there had been more than 2 of us, I think we would have felt crowded. I usually go with at least an oceanview room, as I really need the real daylight, but for a short cruise I opted for the inside to experience the virtual porthole.

We had a Deluxe Inside Cat 10A on the Dream and loved it! We had plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers. The virtual porthole was absolutley magical.

I could have slept all day in that room. So dark.

 

For us the porthole wasn't really magical. Things only went by every so often; we would have actually had to sit there and spend some serious time to really see it.

 

It was nice to have the view of CC (the camera points in the direction your cabin porthole would be, and we were almost entirely aft so that's where the camera was) to see the weather.

 

At night it goes to static. We turned it off because I don't like that. It was like having a TV on.

Looking forwards to having my first magical porthole cabin when I go on the Dream in April. Thanks for the tip about turning it off at night.
