Overthinking everything, advice pls?

Booked on Pearl Alaska 5/16/15. I used an agency. Gty OX, plus OBC and Beverage pkg.Cabin price has dropped $460. Do I contact agency to see if we could get a unobstructed cabin? If I don't rock the boat (groan) isn't possible that we might get an oceanview any way? Third time for Alaska and it's so port intensive we didn't really use the balconies on the other cruises.

cant hurt to try...did you already pay the final payment? they are less likely after final payment. and you might get the room anyway but why not try to save the money :)

 

And its funny, we are the opposite... alaska is the only cruise detination that we upgrade for the balcony and feel its important ;)

You should still be within final payment due date but it is coming soon. Call!

Yup final pymt is 2/21..I don't know why I'm dithering. Alaska is so beautiful that I might regret the "missing" balcony. I went a little overboard because we didn't cruise last year. We are doing 3 this year..celebrating DH retirement! Thanks again...

Call your TA ASAP! It's possible you could get an upgrade, or a price drop, or some combination of both.

 

Make sure to check whether you still have your OBC and beverage package if you're making a change. The promotion for the UBP is over so that *might* disappear if you don't make sure of it.

The promo for the UBP is not over. It is one of the 3 choices available on the Pearl sailing May 17 2015 in addition to passengers 3 and 4 being free except for port fees/taxes.
