RCCL IT Department

RCCL website and the IT department are the worst customer facing operation I have ever seen. I work in IT so I know how it should work. I purchased a gift certificate last week and still have not received the certificate. When I call about it, I get the excuse of our systems are not working correctly. When I login to my account to see my cruises, I get another message about some information is not available. I hope the systems they use to navigate aren't related to their own IT department because it is the worst I've seen.
