OBC??? on WWW,NCL.COM

Where can we see our OBC on http://www.NCL.com? Help and where can we add it as well!!! Thanks!!!

I know that you can purchase OBCs under gifts. We plan to do this shortly for our cruise end of March. They should show up under purchases

Top right area has area to click that says "Login to my NCL". There you sign up using your booking number. Once set up, look at your payment info. It should show up there somewhere....

If you booked via TA, you wont be able to see OBC. If you booked directly with NCL and the promotion included OBC, then it should be viewable in the vacation summary on the left side of the page about payment status

If you want to see your OBC, you need to call your PCC/TA and request an "Amenity Invoice".

 

It will be shown there.

Not strictly true, I booked via TA and I can see my obc under vacation summary :)

Even if you booked through a TA you can still see you OBC..

Just sign in on the NCL website and on the top right you will see your cruise listed,

Use the drop down arrow and click on view vacation summery, it will list your OBC..

Some OBC are sponsored by a TA, and don't appear until departure. They basically give you a kick-back, but wait to make sure you are going first.

 

By the way I know some TA's earn their keep and do a great job but the NCL service is so good I have not been tempted to use any other. Keeping in mind my version of success is getting exactly what I expect and doing it in the shortest time possible.
