Zuiderdam/Oosterdam "butt lift" and impact on aft cabin selection?

Can someone please explain to me the Zuiderdam/Oosterdam "butt lift" and its impact on aft cabin selection? Are the deck 4 center aft cabins (4176, 4174, 4179, and 4181) still the prime cabins? Are they still larger (much longer and a bit wider) than the other aft cabins? Or did this all change with this "butt lift"? If it's changed, what are the new preferred cabins? And why? Is there anything else I need to know? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Deck 4 stern cabins and balconies have not changed at all. On deck 5, the balconies have been completely covered by extending deck 6, but otherwise they are unchanged.

I have booked for cruise leaving 14th April on Zuiderdam and didn't know about the refit. We are in an inside cabin 6134 aft. Would that be affected. Where could I find out exactly what works will have been done. Many thanks.

Are the aft cabins on deck 5,6,7 and 8 newly installed additions then ?

Any differences with the rest of the cabins onboard?
