Calling ncl from uk

I need to call as I'm booked on epic at Christmas and the price has dropped $400. I booked on the us site and have tried calling the uk site but they can't help.

 

So my questions is I'm going to call via Skype does anyone know what number I call from Skype in the uk and also where are they based so I can work out what time it is and call during opening hours (btw what are the opening times?)

Call the 1-866 number, that is toll free in US so it's free through Skype.

Wow thanks for that, on the phone for 7 minutes, free thanks to demonyte and I saved $559!!

 

Never before have I booked a holiday where if the price goes down you can get the difference back, I'm just amazed!! Is this common in the us? It's unheard of in the uk!! If anyone tries it they simply say that if the price went up then would the customer be as quick to call and ask could they pay the extra that was now being charged!!
