Cruiser Bruiser Posted February 17, 2015 Author #26 Share Posted February 17, 2015 Good that everything worked out. Now you can get to work applying that refund to the down payment of another cruise.:D One-night cruise on Ruby already bought and paid for. :) The credit is going against my massive bar bill. Apparently Dad and I knocked back a few. :p But I am likely to do a few more California coastal sailings, which seem to be unique to Princess. Carnival does 2 to 4 night CA coastals as well, but I wouldn't recommend them in your case. It took several months, and going through a formal dispute process with VISA, to get credit for an overpayment with them . Princess offers a much better product anyway, IMHO :). Rare oskidunker Posted February 17, 2015 #28 Share Posted February 17, 2015 Chase is very good with this. Never argued. Ever.
Coveguy4 Posted February 17, 2015 #29 Share Posted February 17, 2015 When I give a credit back to a customer on their bank card at my business, it is immediatly deducted from my deposit account that night at 9PM. However....I have had customers call me up to 7 days later accusing me of never putting the credit thru. It is the bank that causes the delay or the cc company.
