Combine Resident discount with 123 Go?

We are booked to Bermuda this summer. Does anyone know if we can combine the 123 Go package Celebrity is currently offering for Bermuda with the resident discount they are also offering? It would make an upgrade look very attractive. Am I missing something? Thank you.

No - it cannot be combined. I already checked with my TA since we also wanted to upgrade. It's not worth it to lose all the perks.
