Shuttle Cost

Hi everyone. I've read throughout the boards that Celebrity provides a free shuttle around ports. I just received my docs and it appears that there is a fee, although I don't know how much. Can anyone tell me what is the average cost of the shuttles? Are people talking about free shuttles provided by a company other than the cruiseline?
