Not completely free for the entire cruise at the very top of loyalty programme you get 250 minutes free.

 

I think you get the free minutes allowance at platinum level(6th cruise or 52 cruise days). Elite is the top level and the internet benefit doesn't change.

 

7 days or less 150 minutes

8-20 days 250 minutes

21+ days 500 minutes.
