Booking transfers from Orlando to PC

How far in advance do you need to book these? I noticed one person on our roll call has already booked his transfers for our cruise in late Nov. Do the private limos book up fast? I am thinking of using Executive VIP to get us from airport to Orlando hotel, hotel to port, and then port to airport after cruise. We are sailing over Thanksgiving. Thanks

Have not picked a hotel yet - narrowed down the choices, and was waiting for my wife to pick one :). Wanted to book the transfers after I knew where we would be staying, but did not really feel a sense of urgency until I read that post. We are going to be in West Palm area over spring break, and have been focusing on that trip...

Pick a hotel that you can live with and can be cancelled without penalty, and then keep shopping. You can always update your transportation reservation to drop you at a different hotel.

 

I would focus first on flight reservations - flights around Thanksgiving will be full and will likely cost more. :(

Yes. We booked our flights a few days ago, and I just booked Hilton Orlando this morning. Will start pricing out transfers later today. I am glad that someone posted on our roll call - I was going to wait till April to star booking things :)
