Grand Suite (Athem-Quantum) TV Question

The TVs on Quantum can be angled away from the wall.

But it looks like the tv is in a separate room totally.. so there could be no way to move it to watch it in bed.. We were on a regular balcony cabin a month ago..(Quantum), and we were not able to angle the tv at all..

There are different GS cabin configurations on Quantum. The Superior Grand Suites on Quantum have 2 TVs because there are 2 rooms and each has it's own TV.

A good example of a SGS is Cabin 7634. We were in SJS 7636 and had a chance to visit it during turnaround day.

Superior Grand Suite with Balcony - (NEW) Bedroom area with two twin beds that convert to a Royal King, measuring 72.5 inches wide by 82 inches long, and separate dressing area with entrance to bathroom. Full bathroom with tub, two sinks and second entrance that opens to living room. Living room with sofa that converts to double bed, entertainment center, and writing desk. Wrap around private balcony with seating area and private dining. Sleeps up to 4. (351 sq. ft., balcony 259 sq. ft.)

The grand suite has the same floor plan as the superior grand suite. The superior grand just has a larger wrap around balcony. There are no diagrams of this category for some reason on the Royal Caribbean web site. From what I understand both category cabins have 2 televisions.

Enjoy!!!

It looks like there is one tv and that is in front of the sofa ..and the bed area is some what separate.. does that mean you can't lay in bed and watch tv???

There are two tvs in the grand suites - one faces the couch, and one faces the bed. they are basically back to back, with a wall between them.

Pix can be found on the thread below. The pictures are of a superior grand suite, but the grand suite layout is the same, except for the large round window behind the couch that the regular GS doesn't have (because it doesn't have the wrap-around balcony). there is one picture that shows both rooms, and i think you can see the side of both tvs.
