Carnival Conquest 8-day when is elegant night?

We are booked on the Conquest for Nov 2015 and have 2 sea days to start off the cruise. Any ideas which sea day might be the cruise elegant night? We want to book the steakhouse, trying to pick the night.

The first elegant night is always the night after the day you get on board. The night of your first full day at sea.

IF you get on board on a Saturday then Sunday night is elegant night. Not sure which day of the week your cruise starts but that should give you the idea.
