Baileyjojo Posted February 18, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 18, 2015 This is our first NCL cruise. We are going on the Breakaway in August. I'm concerned with the crowds, specifically at the pools. I want to be able to get a chair without going at 6am. Please let me know how bad it will be, realistically.
meglet Posted February 18, 2015 #2 Share Posted February 18, 2015 It will be bad. In the olden days, when cruising wasn't really considered such a family vacation, it was easier to find loungers. I'm a happier cruiser if I know what to expect going into it, so that's why we always book at least a balcony or above. Personally, I need that quiet space to retreat. I'd suggest booking the biggest balcony or suite cabin you can. All depends on what you're cruising profile is.
cliffd64 Posted February 18, 2015 #3 Share Posted February 18, 2015 There are many places to find a lounger... you will not have trouble. If you are overly concerned with it, there is also the Vibe Beach Club, an exclusive area that you must purchase a pass for, so you will always have a lounger available.
