Getting in touch with purser desk on Royal Princess

Would anyone know how to get in touch with the purser desk on the Royal Princess. I am trying to contact a passenger (not an emergency) and the only way so far is paying a high price for a phone call or fax.

 

I would like to email the purser's desk or someone similar and ask them to leave a message for this passenger. So, is there someone out there who's been on the Royal and has a email for someone in customer service?

Yes, I did, only gave me the generic one for customer service, that didn't work, said the only way is this international fax.

If it isn't an emergency, the only way would be via email or text if the passenger has access to those.

 

Princess will help with this only in case of an emergency. Can you imagine what would happen if people wanted to contact passengers for any reason at any time?
