crenee44 Posted February 22, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 22, 2015 Hi. My cruise is in June. I have quite a bit to lose, but my first goal is to fit back into a dress for elegant night. I tried it on tonight. It zipped, but barely. :eek: My plan for fitness is to start with the Fitness Blender 4 week low impact program. I'll start that on Monday. And make a few changes at time food wise. Right now I am trying to give up soda (only half a can today!) eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up and stop eating seconds (or thirds) at dinner. I have found that using MyFitnessPal App to track my food really really helps. It holds me accountable and shows me exactly how many calories things are. Had a lost..Stay the same..or had a gain. Keeps you accountable. Can come in here and talk every day if you like..give tips or ask for tips. Really talk about anything. Hope to see you in there. trixiegal Posted April 20, 2015 #4 Share Posted April 20, 2015 I'm following along and getting ideas on how to lose weight before my cruise in 67 days. I have some Herbalife products that I never used consistently that I'm going to start. I'm also going to start going to the gym at least 5 days a week. My two teens also have weight to lose so I want to be a good example for them, as well.
