Academy Bus has service from Baltimore to Cape Liberty for $110 per perspon round trip:

You could also take Amtrak from Baltimore to Newark Penn Station and then take a taxi to Cape Liberty. The taxi would cost about $50 (for the car, not per person) plus toll and tip.

Bolt Bus also runs from Baltimore to Newark Penn Station. You can then take a taxi to Cape Liberty.

There's also a way to get from Newark Penn Station to Cape Liberty using PATH (a subway-like train), Hudson-Bergen light rail to Bayonne and a short taxi ride. Roundabout, but cheaper than a taxi directly from Newark Penn Station to Cape Liberty.
