Hello,

 

We will be going on the Oasis departing from Florida in June, and I know that the minimum drinking age while on the ship is 21+. However, in all the ports we're going to, I know the age is 18 (in some cases below that). My question is regarding RCI-sponsored excursions....one of our excursions gives a complimentary drink included in the fee? I know we could probably get away with it, but in this case do we technically follow RCI's age rule or the country's rule?

When you are in a particular country shipboard policy does not apply. I would follow whatever the rules / laws of the country you are in.
