The toiletries onboard a extremely limited and very expensive.

As stated above, bring EXTRA.

Depending on your ports, your may or may not see a CVS or Walgreens, but you'll need to do your research on those ports.

check in bon'voyage, pretty sure I saw diapers and wipes but maybe that was on Norwegian? Worth checking though, I know I saw them on one of them.

Do NOT count on being able to buy ANY "baby" item.....start counting diapers a week or so before you go....so you'll know how many to bring. IF (and that's a huge IF!) there is any baby item onboard for sale, it's likely not your brand!

 

Bring any and all baby med...nose drops, ear drops, tummy issues, fever reducers, etc...

No, they don't sell diapers or other baby items on Carnival. That is the big reason we sailed with Royal Caribbean while we had babies...they had play groups, we ordered diapers, wipes, baby food all ahead so we didn't have to pack it. Very convenient! I'd pack more than you need of everything!
