Due to security reasons, all guests must be on board 2 hours before sailing?

so the Breakaway stop at the Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas arrives at 10am and departs at 6pm.

Does "Due to security reasons, all guests must be on board 2 hours before sailing" mean I have to be on board by 4pm?

thus making the Great Stirrup Cay stop only 6hrs?

No... the 2 hour thing applies to embarkation day only.

There will be all-aboard times posted on signs as you leave the ship. All aboard times are also listed in the Freestyle Daily.

That verbiage refers ONLY to your Port of Embarkation, not to your Ports of Call.

For port stops, you will need to be onboard 30 minutes prior to the published sail away time, and there will be information in the Freestyle Daily, as well as signs at the gangway exits giving you the exact "All Aboard" time.

You'll have plenty of time in each of your ports of call. :)

Great stirrup cay is a tender island so it's best to get back to the ship about 1 hour before the boarding time

The latest tender boat back to the ship can be very very crowded

It may be crowded, but if you are there on time, they won't leave you behind. Another tender will be sent.
