OrlandoD Posted March 7, 2015 #5 Share Posted March 7, 2015 They really do read your letters! I sent one (snail mail) to M Bayley's office regarding some things that happened on FOS. Some good, some not so good. I received a personal phone call about a month later. They take your suggestions very seriously. I felt like I was heard! carsaw Posted March 7, 2015 #8 Share Posted March 7, 2015 Thank you all for the info. I sent an email this morning. Let's see if I get a response. mbayley@rccl.com is correct. It usually takes a few days to get a response but they do respond (not that they follow through). I was just thrilled to get a call after being ignored with an email to another cruise line. Think they are getting so many complaints regarding the Quantum it may take time.
kandj05 Posted March 7, 2015 Author #9 Share Posted March 7, 2015 Is there ANY chance that SOMEONE on here could help you? Merion....that is really kind of you. My situation is a pricing one. My DH and I are loyal to Royal. I just think mgmt needs to be aware when a C&A rep says incorrect information. Also, I was on hold for resolution dept for 33 minutes before I finally hung up. Not great customer service. When I sent the email, I started it with many of the things RCI is so fantastic at! Jackie

Unfortunately there are more people with problems and not enough Resolutions Specialists. You were put in a queue and your call would have been answered by the next available agent. CVU Posted March 7, 2015 #11 Share Posted March 7, 2015 We have been very successful with Resolutions and sending an email to head office with a quick phone call or email reply. Hopefully you get some faster response and a solution to your problem.
