Liquid nightclub on the Sunshine (good or bad?)

How does Liquid Nightclub on the Sunshine compare to nightclubs on other ships? It's the first time I've seen a club located in the theater of a ship. Does it seem too empty in there and not have a good nightclub vibe? I enjoy the nightclub on the Conquest class and LOVED the Breeze nightclub.

Would love to hear others opinions.

I haven't been on the ship, but the nightclub is getting very mixed reviews. I have read that it's only open about 3 or 4 nights on a 7-day cruise, which if that's true, that stinks! I would also think that it would feel too empty in there, negatively affecting the vibe, but with the right lighting, it might be alright.

i also have not experienced it first hand... but the concept itself it just terrible as far as i am concerned...

they messed up the shows by cutting the theater in half...

and they limited the 'potential' of the night club by stacking it with more cabins.

again, this is not from first hand experience, i just wanted to say i think it sucks.

everything i've read here and elsewhere has supported that, so i figured i'd say what i think of it lol. i truly hope they do not continue this concept, as i think it's an inferior guest experience in both regards.

Well..... it is odd being the fact that it is also the theater. I am just off the ship a week ago... It does open most nights but when there are shows it wont open till later. I thought the lighting was nice. esp where you walk in at. looks cool with the neon blue runner and wall lights.

I did not like it... it makes the theater so small.... also I will add is that it was never really busy on our cruise.... maybe later past midnight.... but never before that... was mostly a dead zone....

Thanks for the replies. That's very disappointing to hear. I love to go to the nightclub late night and usually get a good crowd. Really wish they didn't use the theater as the nightclub!

I've never heard anyone mention how much fun they had in the Sunshine nightclub, only people saying how it was empty a lot of nights, closed early or didn't open at all.

Anyone have any positive experiences?
