We are on Celebrity Constellation out of Stockholm 7/3. Have 7 hrs. in Riga. Any thoughts on what to do? How near is port to city? Walkable on your own? Ship offers coach tour to Sigula; anyone been there?There is a former concentration camp, Salaplis, 9 mis. SE - Anyone been there? Found a local tour guide on the net: Patricia, LTD - Anyone have experience with them?
