Cruise cash question

A friend said she put some cruise cash for my next cruise. Where would I see this? Thought it might show up on my documents, but it doesn't. Anyone used cruise cash before? How does it work? Thanks!

Unfortunately it shows nowhere pre cruise except for the receipt your friend got when she purchased it.

 

When you get to your stateroom there will be a letter advising you about the cruise cash on your account.

 

I have never had a issue with cruise cash and buy it all the time.

However you might ask your friend for the receipt just in case.

 

One reason it does not show up, it supposed to be a gift so it's a surprise when you get onboard

You should get a confirmation when you get to your cabin. No place online to see this. We use them all the time.

If you would like to know the balance of your cruise cash, just call the Bon Voyage department and they will let you know.
