Adult & Teen Soda Package

I would like to purchase the soda package for when we sail on the Breakaway in May, and understand that it's slightly cheaper to buy now rather then on board. However, as you all may know if you add it now then all guests in the stateroom also have to purchase the package.

 

Is this the same policy if you were to purchase on board? The last time we sailed on NCL was in 2011 on the Pearl. I only recall buying it for one guest in my stateroom on board at that time.

 

Anyone have any recent experiences to share? I would rather not have to buy for everyone in the stateroom.

On the Jewel last month, we were able to purchase it for our son only, once on board. No problem whatsoever! Enjoy your cruise! :D

We just got off the Epic yesterday. My sister wanted to purchase the soda package for the 2 teenagers traveling with us. She did not want the package for herself because she doesn't drink soda. Anyway...she called Norwegian before we sailed and they were able to add it in advance for just the teens and accept payment right then.
