I took a screenshot and emailed it Carnival after a phone call denied my upgrade. A few days passed and I got an email stating that they denied my email request and that they do not honor computer glitches. Oh well I tried. Today I go into my booking and it says I have been moved to a balcony. I called to see if this was true and yes!!! They honored my request!!
