When will the dock be completed in Georgetown?

Could you site a source for your information? I don't believe a cruise dock is being built anywhere on Grand Cayman. From Caymannetnews http://www.caymannetnews.com/2004/05/660/dock.shtml

 

 

 

HA!!!! Months later and I finally found where I read this, a little late, but the source for my information is THIS website. From cruisecritic.com:

 

 

 

Where You're Docked

All ships are required to anchor in the harbor and tender passengers on to the island. Ships tender passengers to one of two George Town docks (North or South), both of which are right in downtown George Town. A new cruise pier is under construction.

 

 

 

....SO...how is this dock going, if at all?
