When will the dock be completed in Georgetown?

As I understand it, a dock is being constructed in Georgetown. When will it be completed? And how many ships will be able to dock at it?

Where You're Docked

All ships are required to anchor in the harbor and tender passengers on to the island. Ships tender passengers to one of two George Town docks (North or South), both of which are right in downtown George Town. A new cruise pier is under construction.

As far as I know, there is still no cruise ship pier currently planned or under construction in GCM.

There was a tender pier underconstruction in Nov. 2004. Did this perhaps get damaged with this year's recent hurricane? It was to the right of the piers as you face the main street.

The new pier appears to be nearly finshed. But it is only for tendering. It runs along the shore from the original tender dock for a couple of blocks.
