Oasis of the Seas Port Canaveral 2017

I just booked my January 2017 cruise for my DW and I and learned that we will be departing on Oasis of the Seas from Port Canaveral. Either Florida ports are fine, I was just surprised to see that Oasis would have a new home port. Has anyone heard the plans to replace Oasis in Port Everglades, is it one of the Anthem of the Seas or the new Oasis class ship? I didn't hear anything about Oasis relocating to Port Canaveral.

Oasis is heading to PC and Freedom is moving to port Everglades . Thought I read that Enchantment was going to Miami to replace Majesty when she leaves too .

The third Oasis class ship (Harmony) is replacing Oasis in Port Everglades.

2017?? That's Sooooooooooooooooooooooooo very far away lol. Like, our lives could be so different in 20 months-ish. Texas could secede and rejoin as well as the formation of the Cascadian Nation State, dissolution thereof and re-assimilation into their respective countries and you still have a few months to spare.

 

Also, kind of bummed if they move FotS away from PC since for all first hand-reviews from friends and family about the Oasis have been lukewarm and lackluster :(
