I felt exactly the same as you about the scotch egg. It was very dry. Actually the second pub lunch was not good. The first one was so good we really looked forward to the second, but all the fish, shrimp and chips were all soggy.

I feel the same way. None of that food did much for us especially when there's a much better choice in the DR or buffet.

Scotch egg! Breaded prawns! Oh my. Loved it on the Emerald recently but just had the basics... fish and chips, bangers and mash and something else.

 

But those whipped peas. YEEK!

As I think I said before, the fish and chips on the Emerald last month were fantastic. :D
