Long Beach Hotels

Does anyone have suggestions on hotels and/or shuttle companies that are reliable?

I stayed at the Hilton Long Beach prior to my cruise last March. I got a decent price on Hotwire. The room in the Hilton was nice, staff very nice but their Sunday breakfast buffet was just terrible. Didn't look to have much to do around the hotel. Kind of a scary park on one side too. I will be in Long Beach again next month and I am staying at the Westin. Also, I have heard alot of people say good things about the Coast hotel.

I used supershuttle from LGB airport to the hotel and then to the cruise terminal in San Pedro. They were right there waiting for us at the airport and at the hotel at the prearranged times.

Hi Cabowabo ...

 

I posted a similar question not too long ago and it seems like a lot of people recommended The Coast hotel in Long Beach.

 

Also, Supershuttle was recommended as transportation from LAX to the hotel in Long Beach.

 

Most people were against using a Taxi due to the cost and the possibility of traffic making the cost even higher.
