Guarantee assignment - notice?

I booked a balcony guarantee and am 30 days out from sailing with no assignment yet. When NCL assigns the room, will they email me? I don't want to keep checking the NCL website every day, but I do want to know.

I've never been advised by NCL. I just keep checking the website and that is how I find out.

That's how I found out last year on HAL ... three days before sailing! I was hoping it might be different with NCL since I did get a notice when my eDocs were ready.
