Itinerary?

Hello, I'm trying to work out an itinerary for our day in St. Thomas. Does this sound reasonable? We would be using a taxi for the day.

 

Taxi from the port to Mountaintop. Take in the sights, do a little shopping, have a drink. Taxi to Secret Harbour, spend a few hours, snorkel, relax, grab some lunch. Taxi back to the port for some time to walk around.

 

Thoughts? It's so hard to tell when you're just looking at a map if the plan makes sense and is doable. Thanks!

Some taxi drivers offer that itinerary as their island tour. I read somewhere that this taxi driver goes to Secret Harbor and Mountain Top.

Sounds reasonable. Depending on your comfort level, you could even consider renting a Jeep (or car)...we have done that several times & found it much more fun & flexible. However, you do have to drive on the "other side" but the island itself is pretty easy to navigate.
