marcsgran Posted April 11, 2015 #1 Share Posted April 11, 2015 Sailing for the first time on princess later this year. Can anyone give me an idea of bar prices? I'm swithering whether to pay up front for the AI package or just run up a tab. Thanks in advance
2pbears Posted April 11, 2015 #2 Share Posted April 11, 2015 (edited) Here is a link to a very handy tool that someone here on Cruise Critic spent a lot of time to develop. It should help you determine whether to buy the All Inclusive or pay as you go. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2038576&highlight=all+inclusive+calculator Edited April 11, 2015 by 2pbears

RetiredNTraveling Posted April 11, 2015 #5 Share Posted April 11, 2015 I agree that the "Drink Calculator" is very good and yes the prices are in US $'s.
paul929207 Posted April 11, 2015 #6 Share Posted April 11, 2015 They are in US$ for those cruises where the onboard currency is US$. Australian cruises are priced in AU$
VibeGuy Posted April 11, 2015 #7 Share Posted April 11, 2015 And the packages are not available on most Australia sailings. If you're paying in something other than USD and you feel the exchange is currently favorable, you can either buy OBC or the AI package in EUR or GBP via customer service.
