Sometimes you will see a "share the savings" option within your cruise personalizer. i was able to do this for a recent sailing, but my next two do not show it as of now.....other option would be to book one platinum in each and move around once on board (the amount of the saving would determine whethr that would be worthwhile for you)

Planning an Alaska cruise. I'm platinum with princess and we are going with a couple that haven't sailed princess. Is there any way of booking both cabins so they could get our price?
Absolutely. Use a TA that discounts and with few exceptions, you'll pay less than if you book directly with Princess, often between 10-20%. All TAs are allowed to discount Princess but many don't. Ask friends or onboard for one or more that does. They exist.
