Specialty restaurants showing up on MyNCL but cannot book them?

I was on MyNCL earlier, and the countdown to my cruise is 95 days. We are not staying in the Haven (Breakaway), we are in two connecting inside cabins. I was told that passengers staying in regular non-suite cabins could book specialty dining 90 days before their sail date. But when I logged on, I noticed that there were 9 options under dining, instead of the usual 1 (option to purchase the UDP). So I clicked on it, and the specialty restaurants popped up as well as the MDRs. But it also said there was no availability.

Is it typical for the system to start showing the restaurants available for reservations, a few days before the reservation window opens? I'm sure they can't all be sold out at this point for a cruise that's 95 days away. Do I just check again at the 90-day mark?
