Enough taxi,s at Oceankaj?

Now cruise season is starting in Copenhagen I have a question about the taxi line at Oceankaj.

Are there always enough taxi,s available . How long is the waiting line?

What is the price to Copenhagen Airport

We have a 12.25 pm flight after our North Cape cruise on june 26. The Norwegian Star is schedulded to be there 8.00 am .

Well I have answered this in the Wonderful Copenhagen Thread a thousand times but we can take it again :D

 

 

A taxi will be in the 400-450 kroner range, but remember that the massive Regal Princess will be docked as well so you can expect some waiting time.

 

 

Travel times is around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic, I don´t know how long it takes to get a taxi but 15 minutes doesn´t sound unreasonable.

 

But I have heard that the lines are very organised.

 

I´m also guessing that you have to clear immigration or am I wrong?

Don't know about immigrations. The Netherlands and Danmark are both Schengen country's I think, so we should do the easy walk off .

 

The only experience with cruising in Europe we have is from Barcelone, we did the easy walk off there too and it was very quick and lots of taxi,s there.

So hope that Copenhagen works that way as well.

Well it constantly gets rewards for best/leading european cruise port (often in close competition with Barcelona) so I´m guessing that they can handle it but I have no experience.

 

 

But on one of the first busy cruise days I will take a trip out to Oceankaj and observe how things is managed.

 

Then I can give a better response to does questions.
