(supposedly) Do they overbook? I know airlines do but I was not aware that the cruise lines do.. The TA works independently I guess you would say but actually works for a larger company if that makes sense.. Do they not have to carry insurance for making mistakes? All I really want is to be able to take my kids on the cruise they were expecting.. __________________ Yes, ships do overbook sometimes. I realize that everyone makes mistakes. What makes this TA "bad", is that she is not trying to make it up to you. Is your TA based in a place where you can meet her face to face (in NC?)
