Destiny used for katrina victims??

Someone told me that the Destiny was a ship that was being considered for housing victims of the hurricane. Can anyone confirm this and I also heard that the Destiny was suppose to go into dry dock this month. I was considering a couple of differnet cruise ship for early nest year and the Destiny was one of them. But if plans for the ship have changed it' availabity I think I would consider another ship.

Destiny will be drydocked until Oct 2 sailing, and is *not* one of the ships deployed to FEMA.
