cinnamon Posted April 23, 2015 #1 Share Posted April 23, 2015 We are onboard Coral Princess and have been in Special Measures to control Noro since 11.20 yesterday. Today we had a medical emergency and a gentleman was evacuated by Coastguard then a small fishing boat suddenly crossed our path and we had to heave right over to miss it. Very interesting sea day. Praying for the chap in hospital in Mexico.

grandmaa Posted April 23, 2015 #4 Share Posted April 23, 2015 Thank you for sharing this information. We are boarding the Coral on Monday and will bring Lysol and or Clorox wipes to give the cabin another cleaning. I too wish you calm seas and a Noro Virus free balance of your cruise. We have been advised not to come to the cruise port until after 2 and that we would be boarding by decks. Leaving San Pedro 2 hours later than originally scheduled. VibeGuy Posted April 24, 2015 #9 Share Posted April 24, 2015 I haven't heard of to many outbreaks of Noro outside of cruise ships lately. Because other environments don't have to report them. Noro gets attention because we have a very detailed process to collect cases and those reports are public record.
