NCL giving coupons for NYC Parking

On FB there are posts about coupons, 20%, for parking at the NYC Pier. Has anyone heard of this and gotten one?

 

A number of cruises from NYC and never a discount.

Haven't checked FB yet - NYCT, operator for the piers do offer specials from time to time, usually for cruises longer than 7 nights (latest DIY online coupon was for the GEM's 4/24/2015 sailing, 20% for 9 nights of parking)
