Only in Cayman....

Cayman Pepper Jelly perhaps an acquired taste, but it is homemade and sold in most grocery stores.

and almost* Only in Cayman

Caymanite Jewelry - Several artisans use this rare form of dolostone to make pendants and earrings.

*There was another deposit of Caymanite found in Hungary.

I've met the Pepper Jelly lady and she is adamant about not exporting her product for overseas sales. But I've never sampled the product. Maybe I'm just a wimp, but local peppers can be seriously HOT. We call them Scotch Bonnet peppers, but they are better known as habaneros.

Another products you could find a good price on include camera equipment. Cayman allows duty free import of such equipment, even for us residents to buy. :D I've bought a couple cameras with pricing competitive to the best internet pricing I could find.
