Same as when Star is anyplace else. There are designated smoking areas. Casino and outdoor smoking areas. Not sure if there is an inside Cigar bar. No smokng in cabins or on balconies. valleyvillage Posted May 5, 2015 #4 Share Posted May 5, 2015 They removed the Cigar Bar a few years ago. It used to be right by Le Bistro. She's a great ship! Have a great trip.

Just curious, but why would it be different on a Baltic cruise? Edited May 5, 2015 by emcelh

Before my Baltic cruise in 2013, I read that the port side was smoking and starboard side non-smoking. Maybe this is old information...

Maybe this is old information... This is only the case on the pool deck on 12 in a designated area with tables and chairs. As noted above, no smoking in any cabins or on balconies. RuthlessBoss Posted May 5, 2015 #8 Share Posted May 5, 2015 Just curious, but why would it be different on a Baltic cruise? I don't know where the Baltics are, so I'm assuming Europe. There was a time when ships had 2 sets of smoking regs. More smoking allowed in Europe and when they came stateside, there were more area restrictions.
