RCI Excursion - Blue Lagoon

I'm looking at the Blue Lagoon excursion for our Royal Caribbean Cruise in a few months. I have a choice of 2 time options, 8am and 10am. For anyone who has traveled on Royal Caribbean, and reserved this excursion, is there a specific time on the return trip? I thought I read that there are multiple ferries taking you back to the cruise ship, but just wondering if I have to take specified ferry on the return trip if I book the 8am option, as opposed to the 10am option.

We did this excursion with RCI last year. It was a 4 hour excursion and they decided the time of our trip back.

I have heard so many that love the blue lagoon....what does the tour entail?

We were on Getaway....They ferried us to the blue lagoon and it includes lunch with soft drink, beach chair with umbrellas, floats and water slides for the kids<inflatables>. You can walk around and see the dolphins in their lagoon areas. Ours was $59 offered through NCL.
