Last three HAL trips have had VERY hot coffee. I always have it delivered via room service except when we have access to Neptune; nothing beats that. :)

The Neptune coffee and breakfast is handled by staff from the Pinnacle Grill. I have usually found them to start the set up about 30 to 45 minutes before opening. Don't tell anyone but I sometimes "sneak" in and get my coffee then. If you are close to the NL you could see what their schedule is. If that isn't available and in desperation I head for the Lido. That coffee is hit or miss. ( usually miss imo). The best thing about doing that is the cups stack so you can easily carry two[emoji39]
